If you’re not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

• In the original packaging
• With all tags attached

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us right away with photos and your order number at info@taylor-jadetoronto.com  - we’ll send you a prepaid return label and issue a full refund.

Because we work with international suppliers, the return address may vary.
We’ll always provide the correct one when you contact us.

Exchanges

Want to exchange your item for a different size or color?

Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact us at info@taylor-jadetoronto.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange.

  2. Return your original item following our standard return process.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you the new item right away.

You only pay return shipping for the original item – we cover shipping for the replacement.

Important: We recommend exchanging only if your preferred size/color is in stock. Contact us first to confirm availability before returning your item.
